He joined Fortis Attorneys-Dar es Salaam office as an intern, and became a member of the Fortis team immediately after the completion of his professional trainings at the Law School of Tanzania.

Throughout his professional carrier, Luteja has been involved in legal matters ranging from Security documentation, corporate governance and transactions, Intellectual Property Law, Conveyancing, International Trade and Customs Law, Banking and Finance Law, and Capital Markets and Securities Law.
