Ndurumah Keya Majembe is the principal and founding partner of Fortis Attorneys.

In his whole career as a lawyer, Ndurumah has gained edge over civil and criminal litigation commercial, corporate matters including Security documentation for Lenders and more particularly drafting, and perfecting security documents. 

He has also excelled in debt recovery for a number of entities. Ndurumah specializes in Banking Law and the law relating to Negotiable Instruments, Taxation, Corporate and Commercial Laws including Company Law and Commercial Arbitration. He is also well versed with Pension Laws, Labour Laws and Industrial Relations as well as Insurance Law.
